Bell County Sheriff's Office and DPS announce deadly collision in Salado - KWKT
A deadly collision involving a commercial vehicle and a car took place in Salado early Sunday morning. The Bell County Sheriff's Office received a 9-1-1 call about a traffic incident around 3:25 a.m. The crash occurred on Interstate 35 at the Farm to Market 2484 overpass. Both the Sheriff’s Office and Salado Police & Fire Department are supporting the Texas Highway Patrol in their inquiry. Authorities have directed southbound Interstate 35 traffic to Exit #285 (FM-2484) and northbound traffic to Exit #286, advising drivers to find alternative routes.
