Authorities name victim in deadly Mission Valley accident
The individual who lost their life in a car accident on Sunday morning near Ravalli, which also injured another person, has been identified by Lake County Sheriff Donald Bell as 35-year-old Lyle R. Zeiler from Arlee. The incident occurred at 5:30 a.m. at mile marker 27 on Highway 93 near Ravalli, specifically on Ravalli Hill. Zeiler was declared deceased at the hospital. Additionally, a woman, also 35 years old and hailing from St. Ignatius, sustained injuries and was transported to a nearby medical facility. According to reports from the Montana Highway Patrol, Zeiler was driving a Honda Civic northbound in the southbound lanes of Highway 93 when a collision occurred with a Ford F-150 pickup truck. The Montana Highway Patrol is conducting an investigation into the tragic accident.
