Authorities investigating fatal crash in San Marcos
SAN MARCOS, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) -- Authorities are investigating a traffic collision in San Marcos that left one person dead Tuesday afternoon. According to the San Diego County Sheriff's Office, a pedestrian was killed in a crash that occurred in the area of San Marcos Boulevard and Viewpoint Drive after noon. San Marcos Boulevard, west of Rancho Santa Fe Road, has been shut down and is expected to remain closed for several hours, authorities said.
