At least 1 injured after crash on I-70 in Frederick County, police say

One person was hospitalized in Frederick County on Tuesday morning after a crash along Interstate 70, according to Maryland State Police.The crash happened near 11:30 a.m. near Myersville, police said.Police believe a truck pulling a trailer was involved in the crash with a Mazda.A spokesperson with Maryland State Police said officials believe a dog was inside one of the vehicles involved in the crash.
