ASP investigate fatal motorcycle crash in Franklin County
Arkansas State Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that happened in Franklin County around 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 27.According to a preliminary report from the ASP, a 2023 Harley-Davidson was traveling southbound on Highway 23 North when the motorcycle left the roadway and struck a tree.Franklin Thomas, 66, from Collierville, Tennessee, was reported dead.The road condition was dry, and the weather was clear, according to the report.
