Ashburn man dies after scooter crash on Loudoun County Parkway
A man died Tuesday after a crash involving an electric standing scooter and a sedan on Loudoun County Parkway, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Deputies said Tesfu Desta, 59, of Ashburn, was found dead at the scene of the crash between Waxpool Road and Uunet Drive.
