Arrest made in collision with Central wrestling team bus
A 22-year-old man from Denver has been arrested in connection to a collision involving the Central High School wrestling team bus in Lakewood, Colorado. Andrew Logan Miller, the driver of the SUV that collided with the bus, was taken into custody by the Lakewood Police Department. Authorities suspect that excessive speed was a significant factor in the accident. Miller faces multiple charges, including vehicular assault, reckless driving, and child abuse. He is currently held at Denver County Jail awaiting transfer to Jefferson County. Tragically, one passenger in the SUV has passed away due to injuries from the crash, as confirmed by a source close to the victim's family. The incident occurred on Dec. 6 at an intersection in Lakewood, where the wrestling team bus was struck as it attempted to turn. A total of 16 individuals, including students and coaches, were originally taken to hospitals for treatment, with some still in critical condition.
