Ambulance Transport Declined at Site of County Road W42 Accident

According to the report, a vehicle driven by Kim Elizabeth McPhail, 50, of Ossian, was traveling eastbound when it encountered a patch of black ice, causing the driver to lose traction. The vehicle left the roadway, entered the north ditch and came to rest on the driver's side door. McPhail was evaluated at the scene by WinMed Ambulance personnel and declined transport.
