All I-45 North Freeway northbound lanes closed at Parrametta Lane due to fatal crash
HOUSTON (CW39) — A fatal crash between an 18-wheeler and a pickup truck has closed all northbound lanes on the I-45 North Freeway at Parramatta Lane near Cypresswood Drive on Tuesday morning. Houston Transtar said the crash was verified around 5 a.m. Tuesday, and Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said that a person was pronounced dead at the scene. He did not state which driver was declared dead. First responders are on the scene. The North Freeway now has all northbound lanes closed beginning at FM 1960, with all traffic being diverted to the feeder road. To help navigate the area, please use the CW39 traffic map.
