(WBTW) -- Eight people were hurt after a three-vehicle crash along Highway 31 in North Myrtle Beach, city officials said on Friday. Four people were transported to the hospital, while another four went to the hospital in personal vehicles, according to police. No information about the victims' conditions was immediately available. All southbound lanes of Highway 31 at Mile Marker 6 were closed, but have since reopened, police said on Facebook.
