78-year-old killed in rollover crash on busy Lexington road
LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — A 78-year-old man has died after a Tuesday morning crash. According to the Lexington Fire Department, the three-vehicle accident happened at the intersection of Man O' War Boulevard and Blazer Parkway. First responders told FOX 56 that two people had to be extracted and four were taken to an area hospital for treatment. On Tuesday afternoon, the Fayette County Coroner announced that 78-year-old Roy Gentry of Clay City had died at the hospital due to injuries sustained in the crash. The Lexington Fire Department said the other three patients suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
