67-year-old e-bike rider dies after crash with SUV in Montcalm County
A 67-year-old man died after being struck by a car while on an electronic bike in Montcalm County on Wednesday. Just before 1:30 p.m., deputies responded to North Neff Road and East Howard City Edmore Road (M-46) for a report of a car vs. bike crash. Crime : Kalamazoo man arrested after investigators find stolen handgun concealed The e-bike rider was transported to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. The SUV driver was not injured. Speed does not appear to be a factor in the crash, though the e-bike rider was not wearing a helmet. The crash remains under investigation.
