64-year-old man dies in two-vehicle crash on US-127 in Clinton County
LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — A 64-year-old man from Elise was killed in a two-vehicle crash on US-127 near Maple Rapids Rd in Greenbush Township Sunday afternoon, deputies say. Clinton County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to the crash at approximately 4:15 p.m. Investigators say the vehicle driven by the 64-year-old man was turning southbound onto US-127 when it was struck by another southbound vehicle. The second vehicle was driven by a 51-year-old woman from DeWitt, with an 80-year-old man also from DeWitt. The 64-year-old driver was pronounced deceased at the scene. Deputies say the 51-year-old driver and the 80-year-old passenger from Dewitt were transported to the University of Michigan Health-Sparrow due to serious injuries sustained in the collision.
