49-year-old pilot identified in fatal crash near Twin Oaks Airpark

The Washington County Sheriff's Office has released the name of the pilot killed in Friday's crash near Twin Oaks Airpark. PAST COVERAGE | 1 dead after small plane crashes into field near Twin Oaks Airpark in Hillsboro Officials said Keith Urwin, 49, of Warren, Oregon, was piloting the two-seat aircraft that crashed shortly after takeoff. Urwin's family has been notified of his death. The Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board continue to investigate the crash.
