’39 coupe fatal crash victim identified by DPS
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- South Dakota officials have released the name of the man who died in a one-vehicle crash Tuesday near Burke. Roy Robert Cadwallader, 71, of Stuart, Nebraska, was driving a 1939 Chevrolet JB Coupe eastbound on U.S. Highway 18 when the vehicle left the roadway and entered the ditch, the SD Department of Public Safety said. The coupe hit an approach, went airborne and then rolled. Cadwallader died at the scene, the DPS said. The crash was reported at 7:24 p.m.
