22-year-old man dies following collision with tree on Old Fall River Road in Dartmouth
A 22-year-old man has died following a crash on Old Fall River Road in Dartmouth over the weekend, the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office said on Monday. The crash happened on Sunday around 4:30 p.m. in the area of 899 Old Fall River Road. The DA’s office says when Dartmouth police officers arrived they found a green Toyota Corolla facing west on the eastbound side in a nearby wooded area. Investigators believe the vehicle had struck a tree and sustained severe damage to the passenger side of the vehicle. The passenger, identified as Christoper Canario of Dartmouth, was transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
