A man, identified as 21-year-old Jairo Pena Espana from Honduras, has been arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol in relation to a fatal hit-and-run incident in Osceola County. The crash occurred on Wednesday morning in Kissimmee, resulting in the death of a 40-year-old woman. Espana is facing charges of leaving the scene of a crash involving death and driving without a license resulting in death.
