20-year-old motorcyclist killed in crash on I-40 East in Greensboro, police say
GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — A 20-year-old man died Saturday following a motorcycle crash on Interstate 40 East, according to the Greensboro Police Department. At around 4:57 p.m., Greensboro Police, Greensboro Fire and Guilford County EMS responded to a motorcycle crash with serious injuries at the ramp from I-40 East to US 29 South. Kelvin Level Broadhurst Jr., 20, of Woodland, SC, was operating a Ducati motorcycle on I-40 East and taking the ramp to US 29 South when he ran off the road to the left and hit a guardrail. He was ejected from the motorcycle and died from his injuries at the scene. The GPD's Crash Reconstruction Unit responded and is investigating the crash.
