19-year-old dies in Radford car accident
RADFORD, Va. (WFXR) - On February 25, Radford Police department (RPD) responded to a report of a single vehicle crash. RPD says the accident happened at 11:20 a.m., at the 10 block of East Street. Upon arrival, Radford officers and emergency responders immediately gave aid to the victim. Despite their efforts, the sole occupant, Joseph Raccuia, 19 of Radford, Virginia, of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene, according to RPD. The police department says the incident remains under investigation and no other information will be released at this time.
