1 person taken to hospital after Harrison County car crash
UPDATE, 1:43 p.m. — A vehicle accident this morning resulted in one individual being taken to UHC. The Harrison County 911 representative verified to 12 News that a person was transported from the accident location. Further details have not been made available yet. Emergency crews in Harrison County have been heavily involved in response to a lone vehicle accident on Route 20, Barbour Pike, at the 57 split since 11:19 a.m. 12 News correspondent present at the scene reported that a vehicle had crossed over the guardrail. The extent of any injuries remains uncertain at present. Nutter Fort, Stonewood, Anmoore, and Bridgeport Fire Departments, in collaboration with Nutter Fort EMS, the Harrison County Sheriff's Department, and State Police Bridgeport, were quick to arrive at the scene.
