1 person dies in a deadly crash in Upstate, according to troopers
A tragic incident occurred Sunday morning on West Shockley Ferry Road near Harris Street, where South Carolina Highway Patrol reports a collision between a cyclist and an SUV. According to troopers, the cyclist was moving in the wrong direction on the road as the SUV approached. The cyclist suddenly turned right in front of the SUV, leading to the collision. The cyclist succumbed to injuries at Anmed hospital. Fortunately, the SUV driver was unharmed in the incident.
