1 killed, 1 wounded in deadly I-695 collision in Baltimore County
Maryland State Police reported a tragic multi-vehicle accident on I-695 in Baltimore County that resulted in the death of an Essex man, later identified as James Beckham, 31. The initial investigation revealed that Beckham, driving a Nissan Sentra, collided with a Toyota C-HR at Perring Parkway before further collisions involving other vehicles. The crash led to the closure of all lanes on the inner loop of I-695. Emergency responders arrived at the scene and transported another individual, Dante Summer, who was driving a Nissan Altima, to receive medical treatment for his injuries.
