1 injured after three-car collision on I-75 south on ramp off Bass Road, BSO says
One person is recovering after three cars collided on an I-75 on-ramp in Macon Thursday afternoon. According to the Bibb County Sheriff's Office, the accident occurred around 12:45 p.m. on the I-75 southbound ramp at exit 172 off Bass Road when a Chevy Malibu rear-ended a Honda, causing the vehicle to rear-end a Lincoln. BSO said one of the people suffered minor injuries, but no one else was hurt in the crash. 511GA shows that traffic was significantly slowed down in the area as first responders worked the scene.
