1 dead in Youngstown crash
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - One person died in a crash Wednesday afternoon in Youngstown. It happened around 12:30 p.m. at Landsdowne Boulevard, just north of Nair Street. Lt. Robert Gentile, with the Youngstown Traffic Bureau, said a white SUV was traveling north on Lansdowne Boulevard when it collided head-on with a red SUV that was traveling south. The person who died was in the red SUV. A child in the red SUV and the driver of the white SUV were both taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center. Gentile said it is not yet known why the two vehicles collided. Jim Bowser contributed to this report.
