1 dead after motorcycle accident in Evans
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- A man from the Town of Evans was killed in a motorcycle crash on Saturday after hitting a tree, police said. Officers responded to Holland Road in Evans on Sunday morning, where a motorcycle and its operator were discovered off the roadway. The operator, age 56, was pronounced dead at the scene. An investigation found that the accident happened Saturday night, when the operator struck a tree after failing to make a turn. Holland Road is open again for traffic after it was closed for several hours while officials investigated the incident. Evans Police are still investigating the accident.
