1 dead after asphalt tank accident at South Houston plant, fire marshal says
HOUSTON (CW39) — A person is dead after an accident at an asphalt plant in South Houston on Thursday, authorities said. The incident occurred in the 300 block of Christy Place in the city of South Houston. The Harris County Fire Marshal’s Office said that it received a call around 4 p.m. Wednesday about an asphalt tank failure. The incident remains under investigation.
