Woman from Shreveport charged with vehicular homicide in deadly collision

A woman has been arrested by Shreveport Police in connection with a fatal crash that occurred at the intersection of Tate Street and Broadway Avenue. The victim, 41-year-old Kendrick Williams, tragically lost his life after colliding with the woman, identified as 22-year-old Victoria Jones. The incident took place when Jones, driving a black Toyota Camry, collided with Williams, who was riding a blue Suzuki motorcycle. Williams was pronounced dead at Ochsner LSU Health Hospital following the crash. Jones, found to be under the influence at the time of the incident, was arrested for vehicular homicide. Investigations into the matter are ongoing.
