Woman dies in vehicle crash in Marion County, Ark.
MARION COUNTY, Ark. — An Arkansas woman has died after a single-vehicle crash on Friday, May 29. According to a crash summary from the Arkansas Department of Public Safety, Rikki Jones, 42, of Flippin, Arkansas, died around 9:55 p.m. on Arkansas Highway 178 on Friday. The summary claims that Jones was driving a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica east when she left the roadway and navigated a left curve. Jones' vehicle was said to have struck multiple trees and overturned during the incident. Officials say the conditions of the area at the time of the event were cloudy, and the roads were wet. The crash was investigated by the Arkansas State Police.
