A woman accused of stealing a car, driving the wrong way and causing a fatal accident has been indicted. Xiaoke Fan stole a car at a hospital, then drove the wrong way on State Route 315 and caused a crash that killed a city prosecutor , ABC 6 learned in May. Fan was indicted today in connection with the May 4 deadly wrong-way crash on SR-315. She’s charged with aggravated robbery, robbery, theft, aggravated vehicular homicide, aggravated vehicular assault and involuntary manslaughter. So far no arraignment date has been set.
