Video captures chaotic aftermath of fatal crash that claimed the life of husband and father in Miami's Shenandoah district

Recently surfaced video obtained by CBS News Miami captures the aftermath of a tragic accident that resulted in the death of a 50-year-old jogger in the Shenandoah neighborhood of Miami. Eyewitnesses confronted the individual believed to be the driver responsible for the incident. Miami police reported that the jogger, identified as Andrew Loretta, lost his life on Tuesday evening after being struck by a speeding driver on Southwest 21st Avenue near Southwest 18th Street. Loretta was killed instantly and thrown more than 170 feet upon impact. The video footage shows the chaotic scene after the crash, with the driver, identified as 36-year-old Andres Roberto Fiallo Estupinan, being surrounded by onlookers. Reports reveal that Fiallo Estupinan attempted to flee the scene but was apprehended by individuals in the area before the police arrived. Following the collision with Loretta, the driver's vehicle also hit a parked ice cream truck, injuring a woman inside, as well as a gray Toyota and a white Mercedes-Benz SUV nearby. The incident has caused concern among residents in the neighborhood, highlighting the issue of reckless driving in the area. Loretta is remembered by his wife, Michelle, as a devoted father and husband. A fundraising campaign has been initiated to support the education of the children he left behind. Fiallo Estupinan, who is facing charges related to the accident, is currently receiving medical treatment at Jackson Memorial Hospital.
