Update - Fatal accident closes Northbound Skyway Bridge: FHP
The northbound lanes of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge are closed after a one-vehicle accident.Florida Highway Patrol reports that the northbound lanes of the Skyway Bridge are closed at the 12 mile post due to a fatal traffic crash. Troopers are advising motorists to seek alternate northbound routes for the next several hours.  There is no word on the cause of the accident.There is no indication of how many injuries are involved.This is a developing story.This article will be updated when more information is available.
