The crash happened during the first Monday hours near West Nash Street and North Teutonia Avenue in Milwaukee's Arlington Heights neighborhood.The medical examiner's office responded to the scene and confirmed that two women were struck by a vehicle.A section of the street was completely blocked off as several officers investigated.
