Two people transported by air to Albany hospital following Ulster Co. crash.

An investigation is currently being conducted by New York State Police following a severe multi-car collision that took place in Ulster County. The incident occurred on State Route 28 in Shandaken. Two individuals were seriously injured in the three-vehicle crash and were transported to Albany Medical Center by helicopter. Both Route 28 and Route 212 were shut down for approximately seven hours until the road reopened.
