Two killed after car problems on exit ramp of U.S. 311 to I-40 in Winston-Salem
Winston-Salem police said two people were killed after they were hit while pulled off on a highway exit ramp.Police said the crash occurred Sunday just before 2 a.m. on U.S. 311 at the I-40 westbound exit ramp. Police said their vehicle was disabled at the time of the crash.
