Two fatalities in fatal collision in Jones County
Earlier today on December 16th, a fatal car accident occurred in Jones County, North Carolina. The North Carolina State Highway Patrol responded to the incident on 10 Mile Fork Rd. near Scott Road, where a Dodge Charger driven by 23-year-old Aaron Overman veered off the road and overturned. Two passengers tragically lost their lives in the crash - 31-year-old Bradley Cass, who was ejected from the vehicle, and Overman himself. Another passenger, 29-year-old Courtney Rhodes, sustained serious injuries and was taken to ECU Health in Greenville. According to the investigation, speed and possible alcohol use were key factors in the collision.
