
Traffic delays on northbound I-35 due to crash and vehicle fire in Moore
A car accident and subsequent fire led to a significant traffic delay on the northbound lanes of Interstate 35 in Moore on Monday morning. The incident, which occurred near North 12th Street at around 6 a.m., involved a burned vehicle blocking two lanes until it was cleared by a tow truck. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has reopened the highway, and traffic is flowing as usual now. According to OHP officials, the crash was classified as an injury collision, but the seriousness of the injuries is currently unknown. At one point, traffic was backed up all the way to Flood Avenue in Norman.
