Woods told deputies he has significant medical issues, including multiple past surgeries.Investigators determined Woods' normal faculties were impaired and arrested him for DUI with property damage.Two pills identified as hydrocodone were found in his pocket and collected as evidence.At the jail, Woods' breath tests registered 0.000 blood‑alcohol content.He refused to submit to a urine test to screen for drugs, according to deputies, and was additionally charged with refusal to submit to testing.
