The only survivor of Air India plane crash.
A senior police official in India has confirmed that there was one survivor from the Air India flight to London that tragically crashed in Ahmedabad. The survivor, a U.K. citizen named Vishwash Kumar Ramesh, was seated in 11A as per the flight manifest. Initially, it was believed that there were no survivors, but later authorities found and hospitalized Ramesh for treatment. While he sustained multiple injuries in the crash, he is now considered to be out of danger. Ramesh reported that the plane crashed just 30 seconds after takeoff and he suffered impact injuries to his chest, face, and feet. Sadly, the whereabouts of his brother, who was also on the flight, remain unknown. Ramesh's cousin in the U.K. confirmed that Ramesh had only mentioned being fine during a brief phone call.
