Teenager, 13, dies in tragic boating incident in Beaufort County
Tragedy struck on the Pamlico River in Beaufort County, North Carolina, as a boating accident led to the unfortunate death of a 13-year-old passenger, with a 14-year-old jet ski operator sustaining minor injuries. The incident involved a collision between a 25-foot SeaCraft operated by 69-year-old Oscar Edward Woolard and a jet ski carrying the two juveniles.
