Teen dies and two injured in Franklin County ATV crash
A tragic ATV accident in Franklin County last week resulted in the death of a teenager, with two others being injured, according to a recent crash report. The incident occurred on State Highway 23 near Mattox Road when a 2015 "Arctic Cat" ATV lost control and overturned, ejecting one passenger. The ATV then rolled onto a 17-year-old, who was pronounced dead at the scene. The other two teens involved were hospitalized in Little Rock. The Arkansas State Police reported that the weather conditions were clear and dry at the time of the crash.
