State and 11th Intersection Crash Sends Several to Hospital
A section of downtown Erie was closed off on Friday night due to a collision between a car and three pedestrians. Emergency responders were quickly dispatched to 11th and State Streets just after 10 p.m. According to on-site reports, it was determined to be a car-pedestrian incident, and the injured individuals were transported to the hospital. The severity of their injuries is currently unknown, and the cause of the accident has not been revealed. Several streets in the area were cordoned off to allow Erie Police to conduct their investigation, which is still ongoing.
