School bus crash prompts rescue efforts in video, 8 MIN
A school bus with 19 individuals on board was part of a multi-vehicle collision in Bel Air, as reported by SkyTeam 11. Emergency units are on-site attending to the situation with a rescue operation in progress, as per Harford County fire officials. According to Capt. Roy Taylor, the incident occurred when a vehicle was rear-ended while attempting a left turn off Maryland Route 543, causing it to move into oncoming traffic and subsequently collide with the school bus. Maryland State Police helicopter was spotted in the vicinity by SkyTeam 11. Route 543 has been closed in both directions near Crescent Knoll Drive, Sheriff's Office reported.
