Reckless sedan at 125 mph triggers multiple car wreck in San Fernando Valley

Five vehicles were seriously damaged in North Hills on Friday morning when a pursuit of a speeding driver came to a destructive end. The California Highway Patrol had to stop the chase on the 405 Freeway due to safety concerns. The driver of a white Honda Civic was seen speeding at 125 mph, leading to the pursuit. A collision occurred on Nordhoff Street involving the Honda Civic and a turning pickup truck, causing a chain reaction involving multiple parked cars. The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the scene and transported two individuals to the hospital, including the driver of the Honda Civic. The condition of those injured was not revealed. The authorities are currently investigating the crash.
