Police: Woman hurt, driver missing after car hits poles in Northside overnight
A woman is in the hospital and police are searching for a driver after an overnight crash in Northside.It happened on Hamilton Avenue, by Argyle Place.Police tell WLWT it started around 4 a.m., when a car hit multiple poles on the same street. Officers say the driver ran off but a passenger inside the vehicle was hurt.She is expected to survive.It is not clear what led to the crash. As of 6:17 a.m., one lane on Hamilton Ave., between North Argyle Place and Bruce Avenue, has reopened.This is a developing story and will be updated when we learn more.
