Police suggest possible charges in crash resulting in death of Glastonbury teen

Glastonbury police in Connecticut are considering pressing charges in connection to a fatal crash that took the life of a local 15-year-old boy. Dillon Dupuis was tragically killed in a collision involving three vehicles on Hebron Avenue/Route 94 at around 9 p.m. on October 24. Two seriously injured individuals were rescued and taken to hospitals, with the rest involved in the incident now discharged. Initial findings indicate a car lost control while traveling west on Hebron Avenue, leading to a collision with an oncoming vehicle in the eastbound lane, which was subsequently hit by a third vehicle. Dillon, a Glastonbury High School sophomore, was active in the school's crew team and marching band, as well as the Glastonbury Fire Cadet Program. The community mourns his loss, with the fire station honoring him with black bunting. The crash is currently being investigated, and any witnesses or individuals with relevant information are urged to reach out to Officer Brendan Lynch at 860-633-8301.
