
Police probe fatal motorcycle accident in Chippewa Township
Pennsylvania State Police troopers are currently examining a fatal motorbike accident that occurred on Tuesday evening in Chippewa Township. The crash took place along Rt. 51 close to the Chippewa Towne Center at approximately 9:30 p.m. that evening and involved a motorcycle and another vehicle. KDKA's news crew present on-site observed a large amount of debris on the road along with the two heavily damaged vehicles. State Police detectives were present at the scene sifted through the debris as part of their inquiry. The cause of the crash remains uncertain, but footage from a witness provided to KDKA depicted the motorcycle speeding through the area before colliding with the other vehicle. The identity of the deceased individual has not been disclosed. Any further injuries resulting from the crash remain unconfirmed. State Police have not shared any details about the accident, but Beaver County Chief Deputy Coroner William Pasquale informed KDKA that the incident is currently being investigated.
