Police in Asheville probe crash leading to motorcyclist's death
The Asheville Police Department (APD) is currently looking into a car accident that tragically resulted in the death of a motorcyclist. The incident occurred on April 1st on New Leicester Highway, where a 2008 Honda VT750C Shadow motorcycle, operated by 69-year-old Norman Lawrence Murray, was struck by a 2014 Toyota Scion attempting to turn left into a parking lot. Sadly, Murray passed away from his injuries on April 2nd at Mission Hospital. The investigation into the crash is still underway.
