Pole topples in Kettering after car crash
DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) -- Crews responded Monday morning to a crash in Kettering that brought down a light pole. According to the Kettering Police Department, the crash occurred at the intersection of Marshall Road and Wilmington Pike. The crash occurred a bit before 7 a.m. Our 2 NEWS photographer spoke with the driver of the vehicle, who said that they swerved to miss an animal but ended up crashing into the pole. The car came to rest on a sidewalk. No medical removals were made according to Kettering Police and Fire Dispatch.
