Person flown to hospital after Bel Air crash involving motorcycle
One person was flown to the hospital after a crash involving a motorcycle in Bel Air Wednesday afternoon. Shortly before 3 p.m. on May 20, crews with the Abingdon Fire Company were called to the 1600 block of South Fountain Green Road for a motor vehicle crash involving a motorcycle, authorities said. The Maryland State Police Aviation Command landed at Cedar Lane Regional Park where crews established and operated the landing zone, officials said. Photos show what appears to be an Amazon delivery truck that sustained damage, but it's unclear if it was involved in the motorcycle crash. One person was taken from the scene for further treatment. At this time, the cause of the crash is unclear.
