Pedestrian accident claims life of Joplin man
A man from Joplin was killed in a vehicle vs pedestrian crash Sunday night.Joplin Police and other first responders were called to the area of Lone Elm and Murphy Blvd.After a preliminary investigation, it was determined that the vehicle was traveling northeast on Murphy Blvd. and struck a pedestrian who was in the roadway.The victim has been identified as 54-year-old Scott Crabtree.The investigation is ongoing.
